Pre-Conference Interactive Alliance Workshop
A hands-on workshop limited to 60 participants featuring simulation exercises, team-based learning, and facilitator-led debriefs.
Experience the Alliance model like never before. This is your chance to actively learn, connect with industry peers, have fun, and explore a new way of thinking about project delivery in a truly collaborative environment.
This workshop is a comprehensive and immersive learning experience designed to help you understand and truly feel what it is like to be part of an Alliance. Infrastructure BC facilitators will actively support teams throughout the workshop by guiding, observing, and providing feedback to help you develop practical skills and adopt a collaborative problem-solving mindset.

Canadian Collaborative Contracts Conference
This inaugural conference will convene leaders from across the public and private sectors, including procurement professionals, market experts, and project managers, to advance collaboration in the planning, procurement, and delivery of public infrastructure projects.
The Canadian Collaborative Contracts Conference will feature two full days of keynote addresses, panel discussions, case study presentations, and networking opportunities.

- The projects feature 100% mass timber structures and support CNL’s transition toward a more carbon-literate campus.
- IPD team members will share insights on lean tools that contributed to project success, key “big wins” achieved through collaboration, and lessons learned from delivering complex projects in uncertain conditions.
