Susan is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Transportation Investment Corporation. She came to TI Corp in 2026 with over 13 years of experience working in major infrastructure delivery. In her role, she supports TI Corp’s projects, including the Pattullo Bridge Replacement Project, the Broadway Subway Project, the Surrey Langley SkyTrain Project and the Fraser River Tunnel Replacement Project.

susSusan studied law at the University of Victoria and was called to the bar in 2006. She has previously held roles as Legal Counsel with the Ministry of the Attorney General and Senior Legal Counsel with BC Hydro, where she was dedicated counsel to the Site C Dam Project. Prior to working in the public sector, Susan was a lawyer at Farris LLP, where she gained experience as a commercial litigator before being introduced to the world of infrastructure through a secondment on the Port Mann/Highway 1 Improvement Project. She advises through all phases of project implementation.

Susan is a member of the Women’s Infrastructure Network and volunteers as the President of the Marlins Committee, which oversees the delivery of the North Shore Winter Club Marlins Summer Swim Team. She lives in North Vancouver with her husband and three boys.
