With over 13 years of experience in the construction industry, Christian Nordmark has built a career defined by leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering complex projects with precision and efficiency. Beginning in Edmonton, Alberta, he gained extensive experience managing light civil, commercial, institutional, and senior care facility projects under various contract models, including lump sum, cost plus/CM, and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).

After relocating to Ontario, Christian served as Project Manager for the Canadian Nuclear Laboratories New Builds project — a landmark IPD contract involving three distinct buildings under one collaborative framework. Now based in Kingston, he leads another IPD project that includes the renovation of an existing rink and the construction of a state-of-the-art natatorium and aquatic facility.

Currently a Senior Project Manager, Christian has successfully led projects ranging from several million to hundreds of millions of dollars, consistently driving results through strong relationships, teamwork, and a deep understanding of modern construction delivery models.
