A 55-bed hospital linked to a 123-bed residential care facility, with an integrated services centre for centralized food and laundry services. The residential care facility shares services with the hospital to increase operational efficiency.

Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre Project

Completed June 2011
A 188,000 square-foot outpatient facility located at the Green Timbers site near Surrey Memorial Hospital. The facility helps to address hospital congestion and the long-term service capacity of the community.

Royal Jubilee Hospital Patient Care Centre Project

Completed December 2010
Improved patient care and delivery with a new, 500-bed Patient Care Centre at the Royal Jubilee Hospital campus that replaced existing inpatient accommodation.

Duchess Park Secondary School Project

Completed May 2010
A $39 million replacement secondary school built to LEED Gold standards, with capacity for 900 students.

Pitt River Bridge & Mary Hill Interchange Project

The project improved safety, reliability and capacity with a new bridge and interchange to replace two swing bridges crossing Pitt River.

Canada Line Project

Golden Ears Bridge Project

Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre Project

The Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre provides enhanced and specialized services to 330,000 Fraser Valley residents with a new 300-bed regional hospital and cancer centre (part of the BC Cancer Agency’s provincial network).

William R. Bennett Bridge Project
