Completed Projects

Phase One of the RCH Redevelopment Project is the design and construction of a new mental health building, energy centre (including fit-out), and underground parking structure at the RCH campus in New Westminster, BC.
The Healing Spirit House Project is a building that houses two mental health programs and accommodates 38 beds, as well as academic, program and recreational spaces, with approximately 6,340 square metres in net program area.
The Kelowna and Vernon Hospitals Project included a Patient Care Tower, a new University of B.C. Okanagan Clinical Academic Campus and parkade at Kelowna General Hospital and a new Patient Care Tower at Vernon Jubilee Hospital.
Key features of the project included the construction of a new academic wing; an all-weather playing field; three gymnasiums; a 350-seat theatre; green space for student learning.

SRO Renewal Initiative

The single room occupancy (SRO) Renewal Initiative project restored 13 SRO hotels located in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, currently home to more than 900 residents.
The Evergreen Line is a fast, frequent and convenient Advanced Light Rapid Transit or SkyTrain service, connecting Coquitlam City Centre through Port Moody to Lougheed Town Centre in approximately 15 minutes.
