Infrastructure BC publishes Fall 2025 BC Major Infrastructure Projects Brochure

Vancouver, B.C. — Infrastructure BC today announced the publication of its Fall 2025 BC Major Infrastructure Projects Brochure, a province-wide snapshot of significant public infrastructure projects. The brochure consolidates projects across various sectors, including transportation, health, education, housing, water/wastewater, and community facilities, enabling governments and industry to track both near-term and long-range capital activity.

“The BC Major Infrastructure Projects Brochure is designed to provide clear, accessible insight into procurement model and phase, delivery approach, and timing so industry partners can plan with confidence,” said Mark Liedemann, President & CEO, Infrastructure BC. “We are pleased to publish this fall edition while simultaneously planning for the inaugural Canadian Collaborative Contracts Conference hosted by Infrastructure BC in April 2026. Together, the brochure and the Canadian Collaborative Contracts Conference support Infrastructure BC’s role as a centre of expertise that advises public sector owners on planning, procurement, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects.”

Published semi-annually, the BC Major Infrastructure Projects Brochure compiles information drawn from British Columbia’s public sector. The brochure complements Infrastructure BC’s advisory role supporting public owners on procurement and delivery.

“The BC Major Infrastructure Projects Brochure is an essential tool for Vancouver Regional Construction Association’s (VRCA) 1000+ members who are building tomorrow’s communities. It shines a light on the scale and impact of construction across the province from the projects that strengthen our communities to the investments that drive economic growth”, states Jeannine Martin, Vancouver Regional Construction Association President. “For VRCA’s members, it provides valuable insight into upcoming opportunities and underscores the critical role construction plays in building a stronger, more resilient province.”

“Across Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coast, construction remains the backbone of our communities — building the infrastructure that supports growth, sustainability, and opportunity,” states Rory Kulmala, Vancouver Island Construction Association President. “The Vancouver Island Construction Association is proud to champion collaboration between public and private partners, ensuring that every project not only creates jobs but strengthens the future resilience and prosperity of our region.”
