Interior Heart and Surgical Centre Project

Project Description

The Interior Heart and Surgical Centre (IHSC) building is a 14,162 m2, that houses a Cardiac and Inpatient Surgical Suite, Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit, Pre- and Post-Operative Care Unit and a new Medical Device Reprocessing department. Located on the Kelowna General Hospital campus, the building is designed to allow for a future additional fourth floor and to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Gold certification.
