Construction included a high-security, state-of-the-art 216-cell expansion to the existing Surrey Pretrial Services Centre, together with associated renovations to the existing facility. The facility is located in Surrey, B.C. This project was part of an overall $185 million capital plan that represents the largest single investment in corrections facilities by the Province in more than half a century.
