Naomi DeCicco is a Project Director with Infrastructure BC. Naomi is currently working on the Fraser River Tunnel Project, which is in the development phase of the Progressive Design-Build model, and provides support to other projects that include a behavioural assessment component in their competitive selection process.

Naomi has over 25 years of experience in the procurement and implementation of large and complex infrastructure projects with a focus on the transportation sector. Before joining Infrastructure BC, Naomi worked with both public and private sector organizations on the procurement and implementation of rapid transit projects in the Metro Vancouver area, including the Millennium Line, the Canada Line, and the Evergreen Extension.
