Elisa is a Vice President and the Regional Business Leader for Canada West Buildings. Her role combines active senior management team leadership across Canada West providing financial oversight as well as executive leadership on significant projects, particularly large-scale alternate delivery , P D-B, IPD and those integrating Lean process. Her experience includes community and institutional projects delivered through collaborative contracts which involve an effective working relationship with the construction team, trade partners, operators, and the Owner. Elisa is current Chair of CCDC and is involved in creating a new progressive design-build contract for the Canadian Industry.
