Emily is a founding partner of Mahoney&Matthews, specializing in collaborative partnerships, client engagement, and high-impact procurement throughout the project lifecycle. She embeds within Alliance leadership teams to unlock impactful learning and ensure working culture remains aligned with project vision and values.
Emily’s experience includes running apprenticeship programmes for one of the UK’s largest employers, serving as Collaboration Manager for High Speed 2 Euston Stations (2020-2023), and leading selection and training for Ontario’s On Corridor Works project. She excels at interpreting procurement documents and preparing teams for client-facing interactions.
Since 2020, Emily has co-led the People programme for Toronto’s Union Station Enhancement Project and designed training for Infrastructure BC’s Highway Reinstatement Programme. In 2024, her training programme helped the AECOM-led LiNC team win the Austin Light Rail Delivery Partner bid.
Born in Richmond, London, Emily combines big-picture thinking with a warm, detail-oriented approach that makes collaboration effective and enjoyable.
