Lyndsey Dyer is the Executive Vice President of The Coaching Studio, an award-winning Vancouver-based coaching and leadership development firm. She leads the firm’s Collaborative Coaching practice, integrating behavioural science, coaching, and leadership development to help complex, multi-party infrastructure teams and their partners build the trust, alignment, and shared accountability required to deliver major projects in high-stakes environments.

Before joining The Coaching Studio, Lyndsey served as VP of People at a high-growth Canadian SaaS company, held a senior leadership role with a technology organization in New York City, contributed to a behavioural change program in West Africa, and supported several large-scale transformation initiatives during her time with KPMG Canada. Lyndsey holds advanced degrees in Communication and Political Studies. Outside of work, she adventures outdoors in Deep Cove, North Vancouver with her husband and two high-energy sons.
