Ryan Maher joined Defence Construction Canada in 2008 and has held progressive roles supporting major projects across Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University and has extensive experience delivering projects at DCC using collaborative procurement models, including Modified Design-Build (MDB), Public-Private Partnerships (P3), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). Most recently, he is supporting the national Dual-use Pathfinder housing initiative. Ryan focuses on building strong partnerships and driving creative approaches to meet program objectives.
