Nicolas Forget oversees procurement and contract management for defence projects across Canada and abroad. With more than 20 years of experience in the defence infrastructure sector, he provides strategic leadership to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of complex projects and programs. Since joining DCC in 2001, Nicolas has advanced through progressively senior roles, focusing on high-risk, high-impact programs and strengthening procurement and contract management capabilities across the organization. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Montreal and earned his Unexploded Ordnance Technician Certification from Texas A&M University.
