Lyle Johnson represents the BA Blacktop Group of Companies as Manager of Coquitlam Ridge Constructors Ltd., a subsidiary specializing in heavy engineering construction. Lyle began his career with the Coquitlam Ridge in 1993, and since that time has had a progressive career, making his way to Manager.

As Manager of Coquitlam Ridge Constructors, Lyle is responsible for overseeing the successful acquisition and execution of structural works and special projects. With many years of experience in bridge construction projects throughout BC, Lyle has been involved in all the group’s major transportation projects in a variety of capacities, including the management of multi-disciplinary teams across several highly visible, complex infrastructure projects.  Lyle has spent his entire career working within BC with a broad range of clients and on such notable projects as the Roberts Bank Rail Corridor Program, Deltaport Expansion, the November 2021 flood damage response providing an emergency crossing at the Jackass Mountain washout on TCH1, and most recently the BCHRP Falls Creek Alliance Project.

With over 30 years of experience in heavy engineering construction of both traditional and Design-Build delivery, Lyle brings a wealth of knowledge to each project he is involved in.
