Garry is a Licensed Professional Engineer with the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO) with 25 years of project delivery experience. Garry has contributed to the Greater Toronto Area’s most transformative transit projects including the Toronto-York Spadina Subway Extension and the Eglinton Crosstown LRT.

Garry is currently leading a team of 500 WSP staff delivering the Union Station Enhancement Project (USEP). USEP is the first project to be delivered in Ontario through the Alliance contracting model and will expand the capacity of Toronto’s Union Station through the addition of two new platforms. USEP is a critical part of Ontario’s plan to transform the GO Transit rail network into a system that will deliver two-way, all-day service every 15 minutes over core segments of the GO Rail network.
