Chris Scollard is an Operations Director with Kiewit Engineering Group with responsibility for infrastructure engineering project delivery across Canada and the Northwestern United States. Prior to joining Kiewit in 2020, he had spent his career in the consulting engineering industry as a bridge engineer, project manager and operations manager.
Most of his career has been focused on managing design efforts for design-build projects, working collaboratively with design, construction, and Owner teams to design and build cost effective and constructible designs that are responsive to project requirements. Chris is a proponent of collaborative approaches to project delivery and believes that the best solutions to our infrastructure challenges result from the integrated contributions of designer, builder and Owner. He was the Design Manager for the reconstruction of bridges on Highway 5 as part of an Alliance project following the devastating floods of November 2021.
Chris holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in structural engineering from the University of Western Ontario. He is a Professional Engineer in British Columbia and Alberta and is on the Board of Directors for the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies of British Columbia.
