Anastassia Ferdman is a Project Director at Infrastructure BC and currently serves as Deputy Alliance Project Manager on the Quw’utsun Valley Hospital Replacement Project, as well as an Alliance Management Team member on the University Hospital of Northern British Columbia Acute Care Tower Alliance. She supports multiple Alliance projects in various phases and leads key initiatives that advance Alliance expertise within Infrastructure BC.
As a subject matter expert in the Alliance delivery model, she leads the development of best practices, standardized guidance, and knowledge sharing across projects, ensuring the successful implementation of the model to deliver maximum value.
With 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Anastassia has worked across both public and private sectors, managing complex capital infrastructure projects, including Canada’s first Alliance at Union Station in Toronto.
Anastassia holds a Bachelor of Applied Science & Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto.
