Project Details

Project Description: The Highway 91/17 Upgrade Project, part of the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure’s Highway 91/17 and Deltaport Way Upgrade Project, is a combination of improvements to existing Highway 91, Highway 17, and Highway 91 Connector.

These upgrades will improve local and commercial travel in the area and reduce conflicts between commercial vehicles and other traffic.

Joint funding for the Highway 91/17 Upgrade Project will be provided by the Province of B.C., the National Infrastructure component of the New Building Canada Fund, and Vancouver Fraser Port Authority.
